MOTOR REBUILDING PROCESS

  1. The motor is completely disassembled, cleaned, then each part is inspected.
  2. The case is painted, new c3 bearings, brushes, brush springs, seal if used, insulators & hardware as needed.
  3. The armature & field coils are insulated & baked, then the comm. is cut & undercut & the armature is retested.
  4. The motor is now ready for reassembly, there is a final test for grounds after field coils are installed.
  5. The motor is test run, seating brushes, taking rpm & current draw, the motor is tagged & wrapped ready for delivery.
All rebuilt motors are covered by a six month warranty covering any failure due to our workmanship.
